Madison Rhodes PT,DPT

I am a California-licensed physical therapist specializing in pediatric care and early intervention. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University and bring experience across a variety of settings, including neonatal care, inpatient acute, outpatient pediatrics, school-based services, and early intervention.

I work closely with infants and young children from birth to three years of age, supporting those with gross motor delays and conditions such as prematurity, torticollis, plagiocephaly, hypotonia, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).

My approach is family-centered and collaborative, focusing on individualized treatment plans, caregiver education, and practical home exercise programs. I strive to empower families while supporting each child’s development, confidence, and independence through movement.

I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps every child reach their fullest potential.
